1.Dust to dust – Ashes to ashes, dust to dust เป็นประโยคใช้ในพิธีฝังศพ หมายถึงการสิ้นสุดอย่างแท้จริงค่ะ ที่มาจากคัมภีร์ไบเบิล In the sweat of thy face shalt thou eat bread, till thou return unto the ground; for out of it wast thou taken: for dust thou art, and unto dust shalt thou return. (Genesis 3:19)

2.gives you away – Give (somebody/something) away คำนี้มีหลายความหมาย ในที่นี้หมายถึงการเปิดโปงสิ่งที่เจ้าตัวปกปิดไว้

3.You've done your time – do one’s time หมายถึงการใช้เวลาตามกำหนดในคุกหรือในกองทัพ บางทีก็ใช้เป็นการเปรียบเปรย

4.Takes one to know one – คนประเภทเดียวกันจะรู้จักกันดี เหมือนสำนวนไก่เห็นตีนงู งูเห็นนมไก่

5.take it from me – แปลว่า เชื่อฉัน จะใช้เมื่อมั่นใจมากว่าตัวเองถูก ขนาดเอาตัวเองเป็นประกันเลย ประมาณเชื่อฉัน ฉันเจอมาแล้ว
